• MS Access database provides for rapid deployment and enterprise scalability. System allows for many features to be defined, thus allowing for flexibility in response to changing customer requirements.
• Programs on the RF hand held devices direct the user to the lane where the product resides (directed picking) and where to place them (directed put away). RF-ILVS also supports traditional paper picking (system generated pick slips) and PLC-driven pick-to-light option.
• System provides for instant sequence verification of parts (or kits) as they are placed into shipping racks, and for rack verificiation as they are loaded onto the trucks.
